Shipping policy

We ship to Switzerland and across Europe. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out.
