Refund policy

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us first to receive return instructions. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept pillowcases that have been used or washed. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.
